"Cute place and plenty of room for a group. We also enjoyed sitting outside and using the gas fire pit. Each unit has a parking space in front. "This place is a small cottage in the back yard of a suburban home. The cottage is very small with a combined bedroom/kitchen and not much room to sit, but there is a large back yard for when the weather is good. The kitchen is limited, but there is an outdoor barbecue which we made use of. Jerry was easy to communicate with, and the price for the DC area was excellent. It would be difficult to stay here without a car."
