The Space:
Belrose Estate by Tiny Away is one of the charming holiday homes perched on top of a hill in Dumbalk, close to Venus Bay, Meeniyan, and Tarra Bulga National Park, among other attractions.

This cozy 139-square-foot studio unit is perfect for two people/adults with a queen-sized bed, easy access to water, split air conditioning, a kitchenette, cooking tools, and excellent bathroom facilities. These amenities include an eco-friendly compost toilet, a hand basin, and a gas-heated shower for hot showers.

Guest Access:
Guests will have access to the tiny house and its surroundings, except for the host's private residence and vineyards. We also ask guests to shut the gates when entering or leaving the property.

Belrose Estate by Tiny Away is one of Dumbalk’s scenic hilltop holiday homes, South Gippsland. Enjoy local favorites like Trulli Pizza and explore nearby attractions including Venus Bay, Meeniyan, Wilsons Prom, and Tarra Bulga National Park.

Other Things to Note:
- Mobile reception is good
- Smoking is allowed in front of tiny house
- Breakfast is available for an extra cost of $20
- No unregistered or visitors allowed on the property
- Please notify the host if you're bringing a pet—pet policies will be sent prior to arrival
- We would like to advise guests that longer stays or later check-outs will incur an additional charge
- Pets are welcome for a fee of A$30 per pet, per night (house-trained pets preferred) and must be leashed at all times—full policy provided before booking.

- Due to the nature of the property, abundant wildlife may be present on the property
- Keep in mind that BBQ grills and outdoor fire pits are not available during a total fire ban
- For stays of 5 nights or more, an additional cleaning fee will be collected to help maintain our cassette toilet and ensure a clean and fresh experience for all guests. We appreciate your understanding.
