Outdoor Description
Patio doors open from the dining area into the private enclosed garden. The garden is fenced all the way around with stock fencing, but we recommend that dogs should be supervised at all times - there are may countryside distractions! A bistro table and chairs are provided, it's a lovely spot for sitting out.

It's an easy walk along the river bank into the small town of Dulveron (less than 5 minutes on foot) where you'll find a selection of places to eat, a range of independent shops and a Co-op store.

Dulverton is often described as the southern gateway to Exmoor National Park. Straddling the Somerset and Devon border in a wooded valley where the River Barle meets the Exe. It's a thoroughly interesting small town. The surrounding landscape is extraordinary: open moorland, ancient woodland, deep river valleys and a dramatic coastline all within easy reach. Walking, cycling, wild swimming and riding are on the doorstep, along with the famous Tarr Steps clapper bridge and the deer-rich expanses of the high moor. Exmoor is one of the darkest sky reserves in England, and on a clear night the stargazing from this corner of Somerset is hard to beat.

Parking
Private off-road parking is available on the drive beside the property, just outside the garden gate
There is no EV charging facilities on site but there are two EV rapid charging stations nearby at Exmoor House Car Park in Dulverton.

Pets Description
Up to two well-behaved dogs are welcome. Please do not leave the dogs alone in the property at any time, and please do not allow pets on the furniture. There is a roller stair-gate at the top of the stairs to prevent dogs going into the bedroom. Some clean-up sacks are provided, please keep the premises clean. Please bring dog beds, towels etc.
