「Stayed for one night. The room was very cosy and warm and clean extra pillows very nice shower also had dinner food was outstanding staff were very helpful and attentive to any request we had amazing big playground for kids spotless to pool gym. I couldn't fault this hotel staff will go above and beyond to make sure ur needs are met. Very very nice hotel they have everything u need overall it was the staff they were fantastic, very warming and polite family friendly pets to amazing place.also...

「We traveled with other family, so we had two rooms. Check in was very rough. Once we finally found the correct building and desk, the two people at check-in were quite rude. When we got to the rooms, one of the room was lovely, lots of nice amenities. The other room had no amenities (no shampoo, conditioner, robes, etc); it also had a broken shower. When the desk was called, no one answered. Breakfast was a similar situation; the first morning, they were out of pastries, sourdough bread,...
