Cocoonr Annecy offers you to rent Roseaux du Lac 2, a 36 m² garden-level flat, ideally located in a waterfront tourist residence in Duingt.
This recently-built residence, comprising around fifty two-storey flats, boasts privileged access to the lake via its large private beach. There are also two renowned restaurants on site: Le Wakpala (open in summer) and Le BEC (open all year round). Water sports enthusiasts will love the activities on offer right on site: paddle, kayak, wakeboard and water skiing.
Just 10 metres from the lake, the flat offers a superb view of the mountains and the Château de Duingt. Facing south-east, its private garden enjoys plenty of sunshine most of the day. You can enjoy pleasant moments of relaxation on the 9 m² terrace and in the 50 m² garden.
The flat comprises
- Living room with fully-equipped kitchenette: ceramic hob, microwave oven, electric oven, kettle, traditional coffee machine, Nespresso, toaster, crockery and cutlery. Dining area for 4 people.
- Lounge area with TV and sofa bed (extra sleeping space).
- Bedroom: two single beds (80x190 cm) that can be made into a double bed, storage space.
- Bathroom: bath with glass shower screen, washbasin, hairdryer and washing machine.
- Separate WC.

Transport : - The regular SIBRA bus lines Y51 and 15, with a stop close to the flat, provide easy access to Annecy city centre (about 15 minutes) as well as the nearby beaches (5 minutes) : Eglise" bus stop - Geneva international airport can be reached in around 45 minutes by car. Buses and private shuttles also run between Geneva and Annecy. For greater convenience, we recommend that you use taxis or VTC services. - If you are coming by car, a private car park reserved for residents is available. However, spaces are not allocated.
Other remarks : - All accommodation is non-smoking - Parties and noise pollution are strictly forbidden. - Sheets and towels of hotel quality (4/5 stars) are provided. Beds will be made up on arrival. Tea towels and bath mats are also provided. - We are happy to welcome your pet (dog up to 8 kg), for a supplement of €40. On site, you will be given a personal welcome by a service provider selected by Cocoonr Annecy. He or she will show you around the accommodation, answer your questions and hand over the keys.
