「Great large property in the centre of the town. We had a lovely stay, the only thing id mention is the apartment is on the 3rd floor and the stairs are extremely steep and no lift so not suitable for anyone with any sort of mobility issues! Could also benefit from air conditioning.」

「Appartement de charme Idéalement situé en plein centre ville à 2 pas des commerces et du lac. Deco soignée, très bonne literie. Traiteur excellent au bas de l’immeuble. Nombreuses activités, vélo, pédalo, bateau électrique, voile, randonnées, parapente, deltaplane, visites culturelles châteaux, musées… de quoi passer un très bon séjour à Annecy et ses environs. Parking de l’hôtel de ville pratique pour garer la voiture avec abonnement possible sur plusieurs jours. 」

「Superb location. Not far from main underground parking. Lake is so close. I love the moderness of the apartment. This is perfect for one or two people. Very cozy very clean very comfortable. I come to this town two to three times a year and I'll check here about renting again.」

「It certainly has one of the best views in Annecy. I enjoyed sitting in front of the window with my cup of tea. The check in process was a bit bumpy. Vrbo correspondence had me thinking I would get an email with the check in information. But they sent me the check in information on Whatsapp. I did not expect that and so didn't see it. So, watch your Whatsapp for updates on your booking. That said, once I connected with the host on Whatsapp they were very responsive.」
