"The property is extremely luxurious and the pictures probably don’t do it justice. The rooms & bathrooms are spacious and it was extremely well equipped. We had an excellent stay, including having a meal at the house by local head chef Martin - which was a fabulous dinner of fresh local ingredients cooked to perfection. "This hotel is brilliant, one of the best we've stayed in. The staff are super friendly and helpful, the rooms and all amenities are clean, modern and safe. The pool is very clean, there are always sun beds available around the pool and the deck area with the comfy sofas in the shade under the umbrellas is a great idea. The breakfast choices are great, everything feels more calm and classy than some of the busier larger resorts. Poolside service from the waiting staff to order drinks and food whilst around the pool is efficient and friendly. There is a supermarket within walking distance in case you need to pick up a few bits. We ate out most evenings in Omis, lovely location and wide choice of restaurants. We will definitely return to this hotel."

"A really well equipped villa maintained to a high standard. Ivana, the host was very helpful and responded quickly before and during the holiday quickly to any queries. The coffee machine unfortunately was leaking but within 24 hours there was a replacement. The only negative is that the smaller bedroom on the ground floor does not have air conditioning and Croatia in July is hot! If we returned to this area, we would definitely book again."

"Great place to stay when you want away from the city. Right across the street from beach. A 5-minute drive from a good size grocery store.We did find out there was a problem with the apartment we rented upon arrival. An option to stay at the 2-bedroom apartment one floor down was offered.Overall, great communication and would recommend."

"It is very rare that a holiday rental beats my expectations but Villa Tina was perfect for our group of 6 ladies celebrating a birthday.What stood out was that the communication with Ana was just fabulous, she answered queries almost immediately and communicated very well. She also provided us with the best welcome pack which went over and above anything I’d ever received before.The villa was spotless, the bedrooms were huge and everything really was quality. We loved the hot tub and pool and the location was excellent as the bus stop to get to Omis or Split was within 100 metres of the villa, so easy to get around if you do not wish to hire a car. Would I recommend? 100%!Thanks Ana, what a star!!!"

"The house is every bit as gorgeous as the pictures- so spacious, beautifully decorated, and impeccably maintained. Sanjay gave us a warm welcome with a Croatian spread of fruit, cheese, meat and a special type of tortilla like spinach pie. We stayed one week. The pool is not able to be heated to a comfortable temperature in the cooler weather which was disappointing- we wanted to turn up the pool heat, or even the jacuzzi, especially for the toddler. Everything else was perfect - so close to Omis, beach restaurants, we made day trips to Split and Trogir and Makarska. Our 4 young adults did the Omis zip line and were exhilarated. Shooko bar is charming for a pizza dinner, cocktails and watching the sunset. "
