The apartment was fantastic. The pool, clean room, and hospitality was wonderful. I will definitely return to Villa Borna. Martin was excellent and very informative. He recommended a great restaurant which was walkable.

The property is fantastic value. Definitely worth booking this and spending on the cabs to the city centre. The rooms are super clean, with great facilities. Kitchens fully equipped, bathrooms spotless and the pool area is great. Martin the owner is fantastic! Highly recommend, don’t let the slightly out dated decor throw you off

Great stay! The apartment was extremely clean and very comfortable, with lots of thoughtful details. A bit far from the old town, but the #6 bus stop is only a 5 minute walk, and takes you right to the Pile Gate. We only stayed 1 night so I can't comment on the surrounding area. The owner was kind enough to drop me off at my next accommodation, free of charge, the morning of our checkout. I only wish we could've stayed long enough to enjoy the lovely pool!

Our stay at Villa Borna was lovely, Martin was a very attentive host. He gave us a restaurant recommendation that we loved. The apartment was great and the roof pool and terrace were very good. Parking was easy opposite the villa. Overall would fully recommend staying here. 10/10.

Everything you need and a great location!

We had a lovely 4 nights stay in the deluxe studio apartment. The room was quite small but had everything we needed. The location was great: peaceful neighbourhood and a short walking distance from a beautiful beach, grocery store and bus stop. Only a 15 min walk to the Lapad beach promenade. We highly appreciated Martin’s hospitality and helpfulness! He even enabled the stay at the apartment yard and pool area after the check out time.

Our room for two was clean and spacious. Outside the door was a nice patio with shading beneath an arbour, a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. A dip in the swimming pool is a treat on a hot day. Above all, the host, Martin, made sure that our needs were met. He gave us valuable tips about transportation and sightseeing in town. (Eg. Bus #6 is a short walking distance away and takes you outside Pile Gate in the old city). Martin went above and beyond when he offered to drive us to the ferry terminal on our departure date. I know of no other host that was as kind and generous as Martin!

Very clean and comfortable apartments with a shared rooftop pool. 5-10 minute walk to a beach. An Uber into the old town cost about 10 Euros and the restaurants along the road to sunset beach were about a 15 minute walk away. The host was very helpful and there to greet us on arrival. He also recommended a local boat company and explained where the bus stops and shops etc were located. Would be more than happy to stay there again….

We zijn erg gastvrij door Martin ontvangen, die ons tips gaf over Dubrovnik. Het appartement ligt in Lapad, lekker rustig maar het oude centrum is erg goed met de bus te bereiken. Je hebt een ruime parkeerplaats voor de deur. Zwembad op het dak om af te koelen en op loopafstand van het Copacabana strand. De eigenaar is erg servicegericht, vroeg steeds of het nergens aan ontbrak. Een 10 voor ons!

Un grand merci à Martin pour son accueil, pour ses conseils et surtout pour sa gentillesse il saura se faire comprendre dans plusieurs langues même en Français. La localisation est idéal pour découvrir les quartiers de Lapad et de Babin Kuk, en étant à 15/20 min de bus de la vieille ville. Idéal pour s’y rendre rapidement sans voiture. Le logement est propre, et la piscine est un grand plus. Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés

Fine værelser/lejligheder med pool tæt på området med Sunset beach og 7 min gåafstand til stranden. Også fin parkering, men lidt gåafstand (10 min) til restauranter. Super fin og imødekommende dialog med udlejer. Var fint tilfreds
