It's very convenient, close to the Wall. The view is gorgeous. Inside is very clean and nicely decorated. The checkin is easy. Very nice stay for us.

Lovely stay ! Clean, comfortable and spacious studio apartment was perfect for my husband and I. The host Petar was amazing and helped us organize tours , laundry and kept our suitcases safe when we had to checkout but had no where to leave them before our flight. Really accommodating . The location is a 10 min walk from the main strip and 2 mins away is the most secluded beautiful beach !

Residence Alpha is a wonderful seaside getaway that is only 10 minutes away from the airport and 30 minutes from Dubrovnik. Petar is a gracious host who made our stay truly memorable with recommendations on what to see and where to eat. The apartments look out to the sea and down to the nearby port town. There is a small pool and access to a great little swimming beach. Just be aware that the apartments are up several flights of stairs, so be prepared to get your steps in.

Wow, Cavat is beautiful
We enjoyed our stay very much, however, there are a lot of stairs & the art work in the room wasn’t our favorite style, but Peter made our stay very nice
