A lovely hotel with a great dining area. Huge breakfast selection, including vegetarian options. The room was small but had everything you would need. A good sized balcony with seating.

Great hotel, confortable and clean. Staff is helpful and warm. Food is very good (for incluyes breakfast). It is a little bit dar from old City but you can easily walk a little and catch a bus or use a taxi.

Well located. Beach can be reached by foot, old town is accessible via bus or alternatively car sharing nearby. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was good. I am only curious how long the carpets in the room will survive as ours had some spots already, but generally highly recommended accomodation.

The entire experience was lovely- including comfortable beds and clean rooms; excellent breakfast (exceptionally fresh food) and surprisingly relaxing music in the lobby. The staff was consistently friendly, responsive, professional and helpful. In particular, Ivanka, Rafella, Zdanka, and Ivica were welcoming. I would highly recommend IVKA.

Everything I needed for a 3 day solo trip to Dubrovnik. As a keen walker, everything is accessible from here. Staff were friendly and helpful - showed me where everything was on a tourist map leaflet on check in. Breakfast and dinner buffets are convenient if you need it. Room was very clean too.

A very comfortable stay at Hotel Ivka

The stay at Hotel Ivka was excellent. The hotel was conveniently located close to the bus stop. Very clean and tidy. The hotel staff were exceptional and extremely helpful. Would highly recommend the hotel. The breakfast in the morning was top quality. My special thanks to Ivana (lady on the night shift) for her kind help to arrange our taxi for early morning. Overall, it was a very enjoyable stay.

I stayed one night in a single room. The staff is very friendly. The hotel is spacious and even the single room had plenty of space. The room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was included and had more than enough options. Definitely worth the price! It's about 45 min walk to old town or a 15 minute 10 euro Uber ride

Overall our stay was good. The hotel is quite out of date with decor, furniture and AC system. The staff is still very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not very fresh at the last hour of it and there aren’t vegetables or much vegetarian or vegan options at all. Location though is good for moving around Lapad area and inside everything is tidy and clean.

Staff were brilliant and friendly. The place as a whole was very clean and tidy. The room cleaning staff were highly efficient having cleaned our room every day in the time it took my wife and I to pop down for breakfast and back. The free underground parking was a great bonus with a space always being available. Convenience stores were within a short 5-10 min walk away. Harbour 15-20 min depending on which side you're aiming for. Bus stop 5 min away. We were very happy with the place.

We had a smooth stay at Hotel Ivka. The staff was kind and answered all questions we had. The breakfast was great! Our room was clean but a bit outdated, especially compared to the more obviously renovated side. The WiFi at the hotel is awful, you’re better off just using your regular cell service if possible. The TV volume is capped very low. I understand this is for other guests, but with the AC and the bathroom fan, you pretty much can’t hear anything at all.

Average hotel for a few nights stay

We had a standard room on the third floor. The surfaces of room were outdated, but despite this the room was very clean. The worst thing in the room was the air conditioning, which was quite loud and centrally controlled. It was set to 24 degrees Celsius and it never reached that temperature. The actual temperature was always a few degrees higher. The hotel has plenty of parking space for travelers with cars. Travelling by local transport is also not impossible, but there is some distance to the stops. The staff was very friendly and helpful.
