Completely private lovely unique cottage in a perfect spot among olive and orange groves with superb panoramic views.

The cottage is an idyllic rural retreat situated on 8.000 m2 of a private land for you to enjoy a perfect vacation.
Find your perfect vacation with complete peace and quiet.

Ideal for nature lovers and those who don't mind walking on rough terrain.

Helpful owner within easy reach.

Only 10 km from Dubrovnik.

There is 200 m walking trail from private parking to the cottage.
The cottage is located on the hill so the road is steep. The track to go down to the main road (supermarkets, bus stop, pharmacy) and on the sea level (restaurants, beach) is unpaved and goes through a nature trail defined by markers.

There is a private parking space located on the local road above the cottage. Only the owners have driving access from this point. However, on your arrival we will take you and your luggage directly to the cottage with our car and collect you back again on your departure.

This property is not suitable for anyone with mobility problems.

Tatsächlich: ein kleines Juwel!

Little Gem, ist entfernt von allen und ganz nah an allem, ein Ort um anzukommen, zur Ruhe zu kommen...einfach wunderbar. Das Haus ist gut ausgestattet und liegt idyllisch inmitten von Oliven-, Orangen- und Feigenbäumen. Etwas erhöht, über der Bucht von Zaton, mit einem herrlichen Blick über die Adria. Nach einem kleinen Spaziergang durch den Garten ist man an der Bucht, dort befinden sich zwei tolle Restaurants. Etwas weiter - in beide Richtungen - befinden sich gute Schwimmmöglichkeiten. Die Vermieter sind sehr hilfsbereit und unterstützend. Die Kommunikation erfolgt auf Englisch. Wir können das Ferienhaus für einen entspannten Urlaub zu zweit nur empfehlen!!

Nettes, gepflegtes Haus mit tollem Ausblick

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Vermieter sind nett und hilfsbereit. Das Ferienhaus liegt am Hang, so dass die Vermieter mit dem Transport des Gepäcks zum Haus geholfen haben. Das Haus liegt in Einzellage mitten im Olivenhain mit unvergesslichem Ausblick auf Zaton. Perfekt für Ausflüge nach Dubrovnik und die nähere Umgebung. Das Haus war sauber und gepflegt. Wir raten allerdings zu Mückenschutz.

Another great, relaxing experience

This was our second year staying here! The property owner was yet again very friendly, helpful, and immediately available by phone or text. The property was beautifully kept and very private, surrounded by olive trees and graced with a beautiful view of Zaton and the bay. Restaurants were all within walking distance, and Old Town was very easy to visit either by bus or car, just a few miles/kilometers down the road. Highly recommended, a second year in a row!

The best way to experience Dubrovnik

The Little Gem was a wonderful way to experience Dubrovnik and the surrounding area. Because it was situated just a few kilometers away from the busy Old Town, we were fortunate enough to have a beautifully renovated, clean, comfortable, and quiet place to stay in a stunningly beautiful location at the end of the day. The view alone will take your breath away. Anita and her father were hospitable, courteous, and readily available for any questions we had regarding the property and surrounding area. We were so happy with our experience at this property, and we can't wait to come back and visit again next year.
