Excellent atmosphere, close to main town. Great staff - all very helpful. We were disappointed that the restaurant had the same menu continuously - we were not overly fond of Asian fusion so were limited in choice

Booked this stay for a concert at the 3arena. It’s a Beautiful hotel, the staff on arrival were friendly and ready to assist with any enquiries! I was upgraded to a family suite with balcony! The rooms were very clean, spacious and had great amenities…. two televisions, Bluetooth speaker, water, kettle, coffee machine, bath and separate shower, slippers and bathrobes. Rituals toiletries. I had dinner at the restaurant which was equally as nice….the staff in there were great! I also used the spa on checkout which was lovely…there are towels and lockers provided also hairdryers and GHD straighteners which were a welcomed surprise. Overall a really pleasant stay…great staff across the whole hotel! And the Airport Express stop is on your doorstep which is great!

So the hotel is a little apart from the city center but everything is walkable. Great dining on site. Spacious and updated room. Most importantly a full health club is accessible for enjoyment. Breakfast was OK I did not have time before I left for the airport to do a special order which looked better than the buffet. Check in and check out - outstanding service.

Amazing hotel that was far enough from the city center to be quiet and peaceful, close enough to walk to everything. Very modern and updated facility that is highlighted by an outstanding pool, hot tub, and fitness center - a lovely, unusual surprise so close to the city and a welcome treat after long days of sight-seeing. The staff was welcoming and helpful with every question we had. Great experience - we would love to return.
