The rooms were cozy and well appointed. The staff, especially the bartender, were so friendly. The only negative was a bad smell coming from the bathroom toilet drain. It dissipated somewhat after our first shower.

Cozy Dublin stay!

Very cozy stay. Check in was ok- we had to call the host to let us into the building, as the restaurant hours are a little all over the place. Host was so so kind and accommodating. The room was comfortable but it is stuffy. The fan helps. Really appreciated the water and Guiness stocked. Very good location

Cozy and luxurious near Heuston Train Station

I got in late but was greeted warmly. My room was small but lovely with bath robes and wonderful high quality bedding and linens as well as complimentary stout and bottled water. There was some street noise, and the neighborhood was not the best. The breakfast was amazing with eggs to order and some of the best grilled mushrooms and toasted bread I have ever had. I opted to walk (20 minutes) to catch my train but the Luas (tram) was just up the street.

We loved the location and the fact that we felt at home. We liked the staff in the kitchen and the housekeeping staff as well We most liked Dave. He was amazing. He went out of his way to help us out. He gave us things to make our trip more fun, he told us stories, he gave us directions and recommendations. So we were very upset to arrive back a couple days later to find the owner had fired him and much of the other staff, simply due to a disagreement. The place just didn't feel as alive or as fun after Dave was gone.

What a wonderful place to stay! Comfy, cosy, clean and full of friendly and helpful staff. Room was gorgeous, shower was amazing. Easy to walk wherever in Dublin in 20-25 mins, right by the tram & wasn't loud even on a saturday night!

Bellissimo B&B sopra un pub in vero stile irlandese. Le camere sono curate nei dettagli, sono accoglienti con luce soffusa a complemento dell'arredo rustico e vintage. Il letto soffice era comodissimo. Personale simpatico e disponibile. Anche la colazione servita giù al pub era molto buona ricca e piena dei sapori irish. Infine la posizione è comoda per visitare tutto il centro di Dublino partendo dalla Jamson distillery!

We really enjoyed this hotel. The staff was very kind and attentive to our needs from the moment we arrived until we left. The room named "Martin" was small but very clean, very well equipped and very comfortable. It was very pleasant to spend time there. We would definitely recommend this hotel, which is also well located.

Great place to stay, room was clean with everything you need for your stay. Good location, easy to walk to all the places in Dublin, close to transport if you want it.Very friendly and welcoming staff, breakfast keeps you going all day! It is on the main road so traffic and trams pass so can be noisy from early in the morning.

Newly renovated and very well done. Great location for National Museum and Guinness tour. Nice restaurants close. On rail line for easy access to City Center. I would definitely return.

The room was lovely and location great. We could walk to everywhere we wanted to visit. Breakfast was good, and staff friendly. Only thing to note is that it is above a pub and on a road. It was quiet when we went as it was a Monday & Tuesday night so the pub closed at 8pm. I can imagine it could be a little noisy if it was open. Great value for money though, with dressing gowns and coffee machine in room.

First night in Ireland

The room was priced right and had everything we needed for a one night stay. The pub staff were friendly and attentive and we had a really great experience! Breakfast was delicious and perfect!
