Great little motel close to shops and attractions. Rooms were tidy, clean and comfortable. One room had a small mess that was rectified promptly and with no fuss as soon as staff were notified. Would happily stay again.

So the picture in Wotif was misleading and failed to reveal the archetypal 1970s internal and external and internal decor in serious need of an update. However the service was great, and rooms were clean and tidy.

Friendly staff, they asked if you required milk as it wasn’t in the room. Everything else was in the room (incl hairdryer). Clean rooms, room service was good. Close to the main streets and restaurants in Dubbo (within walking distance). Nice pool area. Would be good to invest in a pool shade sail, as it gets quite hot.

Comfortable and spacious room with all that we needed for a pleasant stay. Good location with plenty of restaurants and options in easy walking distance. Friendly and helpful owners making check in and check out simple. Good place to stay.

What was unique about the property are the owners who were very helpful, obliging and very courteous. The rooms were very clean and tidy, well presented and on request the owners provided us rooms on the ground floor. Car parking spot was excellent.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. It has just changed owners but the new owners (like the previous) are very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are clean, and large. They’re walking distance to town and you can safely walk it at night.
