Comfortable but a little dated in the bathroom. In a great location for most of the meetings we had and staff were fine and helpful. Just a note that the noise from the nightclub/ bar can be heard on floors above and didn't stop until 4 am on our last night.

The front desk staff were unprofessional and took things personally. They responded rudely when I requested a room change to a quieter level, away from the pub, which stayed noisy until 3 AM every night. This hotel might be suitable for those visiting Dubai for leisure, but not for work.

I have stayed before in this hotel and last time it was a good experience and stay but this time I wasn't happy with the stay. The check in was delayed, got a room on 2nd floor which was above the bar so lot of noise and there was a strong odor from the bathroom (from the drain).

great location & clean hotel

nice hotel, very well maintained. the housekeeping is great. rooms / lobby and everywhere else in the hotel is clean. location is awesome. 5mins walk away from Mall of Emirates and two metro stations. Grocery market, ohaaxy, restaurants are a minute walk away. sufficient parking and smart tv available with apps like Prime, Youtube etc. comfortable beds and spacious rooms. few points, however, one must keep in mind are: there’s probably a nightclub in the hotel and if you’re a light sleeper, chances are you’d need some white noise or ear plugs to sleep. that might help with reducing the music noise but you’d still feel slight vibrations till the club closes at 4am. Another point is the bathroom floor tiles could be very slippery while coming out of tub/shower and they dont have any mat etc there so watch out if you’re with seniors or little kids so they dont slip.

A fuir absolument si vous cherchez le repos

Points positifs : - personnel de menage au top (Merci Kumar 😊) Très bien situé sur la red line proche du mall emirates. Points negatifs : - 2 nights club qui font un bruit enorme (vibrations qui résonne dans les murs...) entre minuit et demi et 4h en moyenne - 1 spa ouvert 24/24 qui vous permettra dentendre les gens patauger si vous etes au 6e etage... et toute leau qui coule. En somme vous payez des nuitees d hotel pour ne pas pouvoir dormir une seule nuit en 15 jours meme avec des boules quies. Si vous souhaiter ne PAS FERMER l'oeil de la nuit et que le personnel soit de mauvaise foi a vous dire qu'ils n'entendent rien ( nous avons des enregistrements de toutes les nuisances sonores) et ce en plus sans aucun geste commercial de leur part..allez-y. Bonne chance a vous

Door didn’t lock, chain lock was broke, bathroom was stained on toilet seat and in tub. There was a party both nights with very loud music until 4am and I couldn’t sleep despite the fact I had in ear plugs and my head sandwiched between two pillows.

Experiência da pior possível, a recepção tem um cheiro intragável de fossa que mistura com um cheiro de perfume que torna impossível ficar lá, nosso primeiro quarto ficou até 4h da manhã com som alto da balada do primeiro piso, o secador não funcionava, descarga entupiu, sem contar a imundice do quarto, só veio uma toalha de banho e as tomadas não funcionavam, trocamos de quarto porém o barulho seguiu atrapalhando, estava sujo igual, a privada entupiu novamente e as tomadas não funcionavam! Por fim foi um alívio sair do hotel

駅からは10分かからず比較的近くて便利。 似たような名前のホテルが他にあったので、住所で検索するのがいいと思う。マシュレク駅から、真っ直ぐの所でした。 食べたい店がない、でもお腹すいたって時は、モールオブザエミレーツのショッピングモールの地下のスーパーで買えばいいと思う。なんでも売ってるので。会社の人へ、ナッツを買って行ったら好評でした。 早めのチェックインで案内された部屋は洗面所の天井から水漏れがあって床がビショビショだったので、伝えたら部屋を変えてくれた。湯船に入りたいので、毎晩お湯をバスタブに貯めたりしていたが、温かいお湯が出続けたのは、1日目だけだった。途中、ぬるま湯だったりで不安定。それが残念だった。 朝食はイマイチ。おかずの種類が少ないし、美味しいものも特別なかった。 部屋は綺麗で清潔感はありました。
