Absolutely loved staying here!! The hotel was clean, check in and out was so fast and convenient. The staff was verh helpful and responsive to me. Room was always kept tidy everytime i went out. Will definitely be coming back!!!

Excellent hotel

My trip was amazing!!! My 2nd time staying at this glorious hotel. Staff cant do enough for you and always greet you with a smile. Rooms very clean and they pay attention to details. Great location Cant wait to go back.

Fruendly staff and prime neighborhood. I didn't like the fact that the rooms did not have hair dryer and there were no power outlet close to the mirrors or in the bathroom. They also need to leave the lights on in the hallways and not to turn them off at night. I had to ask them several times in two different occasions

The hotel is in a great location in Dubai marina, 10 min walk from the metro, 5 from the tram and 10 from the beach. My room was pretty new, very clean with a nice view on the marina. The staff was kind and helpful, specially waiters. The pool is big enough, unfortunately after 1pm there's no sun.

Pros - Excellent views of marina from some suites and balconies - Very polite and service oriented (many Indian) staff members, although they were slow on the uptake (e.g., didn’t immediately grasp what we wanted) and uncoordinated among themselves (I asked for a saucepan and one of them told me it was already delivered when in fact, it hadn’t been) Cons - Don’t give you more than 2 keys - Water pressure in the shower was variable - Kitchen was pathetically stocked—had to ask for every little thing, from saucepans and frying pans to paper napkins, scissors (which when finally delivered didn’t even work that well), and wine glasses - We would have liked 2 suites on the same floor (we were a large grp), but we were given “upgraded” suites on 2 different floors, which turned out to be a “curse in disguise” - Key suddenly stopped working - Shower was clogged up - Archaic systems: kitchen has “gas button” - Piddly balconies - Didn’t give us 2 apartments on the same floor even though they had them - Didn’t call back with info on laundry for 20 min, despite promising to do so - Didn’t return laundry the same day, despite promising to do so - At the bfast area, service is quite bad. They don’t proactively offer water. And when they do, they only offer it to the person asking for it, not to the whole group. - Chef isn’t there at the omelette station and needs to be sent for often. So, net nett, i wouldn't stay there again. Not sure why it is highly rated by other visitors

İnce ayrıntı oteli 💙

Otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Konumu Sobha realty metro istasyonuna 10-12 dakika, marinaya 5 dakika jbr’a da 15 dakika yürüme mesafesindeydi. Her yere bu denli yakın olmasını çok sevdik. 3 kişi kaldık. Bir büyük çift kişilik yatak ve bir büyük koltuk vardı. Çok rahat ettik bu konuda. Sadece odayı tuttuk. Mutfak kısmında mikrodalga, fırın, ocak, ekmek kızartma makinesi gibi kurtarıcı mutfak eşyaları büyük kolaylık sağladı bize. Kahvaltı ve akşam yemeği konusunda yorum yapamayacağım fakat temizlik konusunda gerçekten harikalar. Sizi rahat ettirmek için ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar. Diş fırçası krem şampuan pamuk iğne ipliğe kadar her şey çok ince ayrıntısına kadar düşünülmüştü. Ve kattaki görevlilerden ne isterseniz anında getiriliyordu. Otelin yalnızca havuz kısmını beğenmedim. 1.10 falan sanırım boyu. Havuz kısmından hiç keyif alamadık ve galiba tek eksisi de bu. Otelin ilgi alakası çok iyiydi. Dubaiye tekrar gelecek olsam yine bu oteli seçerim. Ek olarak otelin hemen 5 dakika mesafesinde Dubai marina mall, carrefoursa, ve 7/24 açık olan bir market var.

El hotel está bien ubicado pero las piezas chicas , poco modernas muy básicas , toallas de mala calidad , cocina invasiba en la pieza , pasillos pasados a comida !!! No lo recomiendo alfombra habitación sucia !!!

Good location at the entrance of Dubai Marina, perfect to take taxi, since the hotel is located just before traffic starts. Free room upgrade granted us a huge room with a superb view of Dubai Marina and nice amenities such as kitchen and washing machine, very appreciated! Walkable 10 mins from JBR and very convenient to take electric scooters on the Marina Walk! Just one tip for the hotel: please place the bed in the room in a way that faces the outside Marina view.
