Great property! I would say is if you are going just as a couple, there is A LOT of families with kids even in the pool area around the bar and that wasn’t very nice. Also, not much reservations available for the restaurants for dinner. The day we got there we wanted to book and everything was booked out. But besides that, our room was beautiful, the hotel was so clean and the food was good.

Fantastic hotel,staff very friendly.Got an upgrade from 3 bedrooms to a penthouse,very much appreciated!In a restaurant chefs more than happy to help with my gluten free diet requirements. Every detail exceeded expectations — the property is stunning, the food is exceptional, and the service is truly world-class. A special shout-out to Diwan, the amazing manager at the steakhouse. His professionalism, warmth, and attention to detail made our dining experience unforgettable. The food was perfection, and his personal touch really elevated the evening. Another huge thank-you to Hazem from guest services — his friendly attitude and willingness to go the extra mile made us feel so well taken care of throughout our stay. And I can’t forget Safy from the photography team. Although there was a scheduling conflict that initially left me a bit frustrated, Safy handled everything with such grace and professionalism. She completely turned the situation around and made the experience enjoyable and memorable — a true testament to top-notch service recovery. A most enjoyable and very relaxing 5 days in Dubai. Hotel was exactly what we wanted. Food was excellent, service was excellent, room was extremely spacious and comfortable. Sad to be going home. We will definitely go back

A great stay -kids club was amazing. Only downside was that the ac didn’t work in our room our first night and so we had to move rooms. Loved the first room more as it was a beautiful large ground floor right at the pools.

Great 5 star experience! Staff were all amazing which goes a long way. Hotel had great facilities and was very family friendly. Areas for improvement? 1 - quality of beds could be better/more comfortable. 2 - adding usb ports and better TV entertainment eg Netflix login capability would have been a bonus

Overall the staff was more than accommodating and made sure we were taking care of. They are very attentive and extremely friendly. My only disappointment was we had a few items in the car that we forgot about and some papers with important information that all of the sudden went missing when we received our car from the Valet on the last day of our stay. Aside from that detail I would have gave them a full blown 5 star rating.

Fantastic All-Inclusive Stay! Amazing amenities, great food, and exceptional hospitality. The kids club was brilliant also. Dining options were varied and delicious (à la carte restaurants Toro Loco, L’Olivo and Bodrum as well as the buffet on the main restaurant). The staff made us feel truly welcome. A perfect family getaway!

Another great stay - love the sports bar

Another amazing family stay at the Rixos Palm! Huge thanks to Jhonathon at the pool bar, Shanka, who seems to earn a promotion after every visit, and all the wonderful bar staff, restaurant teams, and kids’ club entertainers. The Rixos makes you feel at home from the moment you arrive. Unlike many other "all-inclusives" where you're often told what you can’t have, this place has everything covered, from top notch kids’ entertainment to fancy cocktails and à la carte dining. There's a great buffet for casual meals and super comfortable beds. It may not be the most design-led hotel in Dubai but it makes up for that in service. If you're after great food, fantastic bars, and family-friendly fun, this is the hotel for you.

Un endroit magnifique. Un superbe hôtel avec des chambres de haut qualité. Un personnel aux petits soins et très sympathiques. Discret mais aussi sensible aux attentes des clients. Et que dire de la qualité des buffets. Tout a fait exceptionnel. Des buffets renouvellés en plats pratiquement tout les jours et d'excellentes qualités. Vraiment très loin des buffets "tout inclus" de certains hotels a touriste. Un hôtel au top sur tout les critères

Everything about this hotel was first class. The staff are unbelievably attentive. The food in th buffet restaurants was excellent. We had 3 meals in the ala carte restaurants which were all exceptional. Would highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for great service dining and exceptional staff
