It's a fully furnished studio apartment with kitchen & spacious balcony. Apartment comes with attached bathroom & dining area with queen size bed .Studio also comes with 65Inch Smart TV. We provide guest all the necessary items including (Towels , Shower Gel, Shampoo, Iron and Iron board, Bed covers, Blanket, High Speed wifi, Dishes & Washing Machine). The kitchen is fully equipped if you are planning to cook. The building is next to Night clubs, Bars, Jumeirah beach and marina walk. The building is located next to the Jumeirah Beach Residence tram station and it connected to metro directly. Apartment have free high speed internet with 250MBPS. The apartment also comes with 1 free car parking inside the building.
Tap water in Dubai is safe for drinking as per Government of Dubai & we don't provide bottle water.
Guest access
Guest will have access to all the facilities in the building (GYM,Swimming pool, Steam room). Inside apartment you will have separate kitchen, where all the facilities available for cooking. A huge balcony to sit, relax and enjoy the beautiful evening looking at the 360 marina view.

No early check in or late checkout with or without fee. If you have early arrival, make sure to book previous night the same for late checkout as well - make sure to book the extra night.
Smoking is strictly not allowed inside the apartment and only allowed in the balcony.
Building access card and the parking access will be provided to the guest. In case of loss of access card it will be AED 1000 charge for new card, each card 1000 AED
All the guests passport copy must send at least 48 hours prior to check in to register with the building reception & Department of Tourism. Strictly no luggage drop off allowed prior to check in & after checkout due to security
