From the moment we arrived until we left, the hospitality, warmth and attention to detail were outstanding. We received an early check-in, a wonderful suite upgrade and were even offered a late check-out. Champagne, personal messages and lovely surprises were waiting for us, and our children received a beautiful gift and cuddly toy. These thoughtful details made us feel incredibly special. A huge thank you to the Kids Club team. Our children absolutely loved spending time there and were always happy, excited and so well cared for. This made our stay even more relaxing and enjoyable as a family. Everything was excellent – reception, guest relations, housekeeping, breakfast, room service, pool and Kids Club.
