Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a full refund for my booking at Benta Star Hotel LLC. On January 23 at approximately 12:10 PM, I arrived at Benta Star Hotel LLC and presented my booking confirmation and receipt. However, the hotel staff informed me that they had already notified Expedia that they did not have availability for a family stay at their property. This was despite my confirmed reservation clearly stating the following: Base rate is for 5 guests Total maximum number of guests per room/unit is 5 Maximum number of adults per room/unit is 5 Due to this issue and the hotel’s refusal to accommodate us despite a valid confirmation, I was forced to leave the property and book another hotel at my own expense. As the accommodation was not provided as confirmed, I kindly request a full refund of the total amount paid, returned to the original payment method. Please let me know if any additional information is required from my side. I look forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this matter. Kind regards,

気になった点 : 清潔度、施設のコンディションと設備
Very dissapointed with stay. As had night clubs on ground floor and 3 rd floor.was not able to sleep till after 4 am . Called reception at 0345.am was told 15 mins before it closes. Asked for quiter room . Moved me to 1st floor. 2ndnight was same . Club music blasting toll 4 am again. On the last night left hotel before 1 am . As club noise was not letting me sleep.so left for the airport. Had planned on leaving at 4 30 am if had had a few hours sleep etc. Very disapointed booked room with balcony . Not such room was given . Expedia should have highlighted that hotel had clubs .etc noise etc. I would have not booked it all. Had i had been aware of this. Asked the your man from hotel to clean the bath as had black stains like dirt. He said was clean . I went and bought some dettol and washed to bathroom and sink areas etc . He sprayed something killer etc. Very musty smell in all areas. I would request expedia to refund from money fir the 3 nights . As this made a short break into anight mare trip.left me tired . Cockroaches roaming every where table carpet bath room . Will never be going back there for sure. Even though staff were quite polite etc.
