"What an absolutely amazing place. The staff cannot do enough for you and the place is beautiful. My only gripe would be that you have to pay for water with lunch and dinner. I can understand charging for soda or alcohol but I think water should be included. Apart from that first class"

"This hotel was 10/10 better than expected this was my first time in Dubai I didn’t know what to expect … the location was perfect and the staff especially Faroud and Asif was super helpful and went out of there way to help me massively .. I’m back in Dubai in 4 wks and I will be staying here again Hotel has everything you wanted and short stroll to JBR beach"

"Having stayed here on numerous occasions previously, the hotel lived up to our expectations…we were treated to a free room upgrade which was appreciated. Our only issue was locating the free shuttle bus pick up in Terminal 3, instructions do need to be clearer but that’s a small point. Staff were great as per usual, will definitely use again"

"Very lovely staff. However, in one of the restaurants the soup served had worms in it. We were comped a meal in another restaurant as a result, but this was a serious issue. We were also charged twice for using the minibar and had to point this out to the hotel."
