「The property was easy to locate. It was clean and the staff were nice and helpful at check-in. The one thing that was problematic was every time we flush the toilet in our room. It made a very loud sound for 30 seconds. Loud enough to be heard outside the room. I called the front desk about it and they said they didn’t have anybody to fix it until the next day. I would think that the cleaning staff would’ve noticed that that was a problem and it would already be task to be fixed, but it was...

「This hotel has gone down hill. Moldy smelling rooms. Holes in the carpet and curtains. Room doors that wouldn’t close all the way.」

「The cabin is very nice. Very clean and modern. They even had coffee as we forgot to bring our own. My ONLY complaint is it looks like they built this cabin quickly, then piled up all of the construction debris next to it. I’m not so concerned for us, but it’s a pretty unneighborly thing to do. I know if I owned one of the surrounding lake lots at Linn valley lakes, I would be very upset having a vrbo cabin get thrown up and all the crap left there to rot. You guys need a clean up crew...
