Our holiday flat is located in the south of Dresden, in a quiet location, surrounded by greenery and yet close to the city centre (approx. 10 minutes by car) and close to the university. Dresden's old town with its numerous museums, baroque buildings as well as the Semperoper and Frauenkirche can be reached quickly and easily by tram line 11 (GuteNacht-Linie / runs throughout the day and night).our holiday flat is also a good starting point for excursion destinations: Saxon Switzerland National Park, Pillnitz Castle & Park, Meissen Albrechtsburg Castle and Moritzburg Castle. The approx. 50 square metre holiday flat has a separate entrance, right next to our decorative ginkgo tree. The windows in the living area and bedroom face south-east. So you can wake up to the sun in the morning. The idyllic terrace invites you to relax after a day out. We have furnished our new non-smoking holiday flat to a very high standard, with great attention to detail and to make you feel at home. This means that 2 people can enjoy the upscale comfort of a flat with a living room, open-plan kitchen, bedroom, bathroom with shower and a small terrace during their stay in Dresden.
