This is uncommon and should disqualify this hotel from its 4-Star standard category. This leaves the guests no recourse to cancel booking if unsatisfied with this unsanitary...

"Wonderful Hotel with an amazing pool and an amazing view at the ocean. The cleaning staff and the owner were really nice and gave us good recommendations for beaches, restaurants and other things to do. The only negative point was that the rooms are a little bit to loud (street and other rooms)."
