"Nice location, ground floor, well-sized apartment with washer/dryer/fully stocked kitchen, ample space plus a parking slot.
A few fixtures/fittings in bathroom need to be updated & fixed plus shelves/corners/window require additional cleaning (may be ghe flat was empty for a while).
Super communication with lovely host.
