The message regarding key pickup was only in German, so I couldn't understand it. I considered using a translation app, but I thought it would be faster to ask the man who had just stepped out of a yellow Corvette marked "Speedy's B&B" nearby; however, his attitude was extremely dismissive, which I found unpleasant. 「The space is perfect for a small group of 3-4 people. The owners greeted us in-person and were incredibly accommodating. It’s clean, cozy, and super close to the Nurburgring. On-site parking is ideal and a fully equipped kitchen for convenience. Nicely renovated open concept that’s a comfortable home away from home.」

「Parking was limited but safe and convenient. No problems. Perfect for car nuts like us. Would book again!」

「Terrific check-in experience after a long drive. In-room pizza and beer were perfect. Very clean and spacious rooms. Breakfast was healthy and delicious. A great stay.」

「The hotel is set on a hill with a beautiful view over the valley. The parking is excellent, secure and safe. The room was very nice, comfortable and quiet. We were travelling and stopped for the night. The wifi was strong and I was able to get some work done at the desk. There was also a mini refrigerator in the room as well as a bottle of water. They had a nice looking breakfast buffet. We did not have breakfast but it did look very good. We would absolutely stay here again and even spend more...

「We loved this guest house! The owners and staff were very hospitable and welcoming! Despite the high temperature, our room was cool. The food was excellent and I enjoyed the local wine. We were traveling with two dogs and felt the ground floor room was ideal. It is also very close to Nürburgring! Highly recommend!」

「Great location, great bar, great restaurant, great complimentary breakfast, great price.」

「Great location, beautiful nature! The hotel staff was friendly and the room was super clean/comfortable. We would like to stay here again when we have the other chance to visit Mendig. (We didn't get any instructions about the park space and we were confused on site for a while, so it would be great if we could get the information in advance. :) )」

「The good= room had a balcony, hotel is nicely situated in a tranquil location, buffet style breakfast was adequate, water/coffee are free, alcohol is available for purchase. What could be improved= overall the hotel could use a facelift, check-in/welcome was ok, not sure, if the onsite restaurant was even in operation, castle is not walking distance and closes at 5 pm. Booked the hotel for its peaceful location, but noisy guests below my room did not let me enjoy my balcony. Please consider...
