"Nice stay, good restaurant"

"Disappointing. Overpriced. The main reason to book this hotel at the price compared to other nearby hotels was use of the pool. We arrived just after 7pm. Reception was closed. None of the listed or posted phone numbers reached anyone to help us. The on-site maintenance man was walking by and stopped to help (he was very helpful). Had he not walked by, I’m unsure how and if we could have checked in. Once we settled into our room, we went to find the pool only to find out that it also closed at...
