「Everything was great but the room Next door where the woman started conference calls at 4:30am - that was painful .. not sure if she was loud or the walls were thin .. otherwise great service and beautiful hotel. 」

「A woman at the front desk wasn't nice at all. But other ppl working there was nice and friendly. Hotel rate is too expensive for Bothell. I would stay at cheaper hotel and just visit there. 」

「Spacious room. Was upgraded due to availability and was pleasantly surprised. Staff was friendly and establishment was clean. Breakfast is a good mix and fresh. Will stay again!」

「Shower head really crimped down on the amount of water. Really weak shower experience. Laundry machine made more noise and vibration, making you wonder if it is going to fall apart. And a male receptionists with blue manicure or a female receptionist with thick drawn on eye shadows/liners. I expected a bit more professional look in the hotel staff.」
