"The facilities were nice and clean. But the bathroom toilet is very small for adults and shallow. Breakfast was decent and good variety. Thank you. Not a fan of having pets in hotel rooms. Wish that I asked or offered a non pet use room."

Very outdated furniture and carpeting We did not feel that it was clean because it was so old Bathroom caulking was poorly administered Did not receive extra cups even after we used them Poor towel quality I believe there are much nicer hotels in Nashville for a similar price and it wasn’t cheap Language barrier made it trying to understand front desk staff Will never stay there again or any other Comfort Inn because of our unhappy stay"

"Placemakr Hotel is what happens when real estate apartment people or commercial real estate investors decide "hey we'll get into the hotel business". Here's what they get right: 1- Location is great, the room size is great. 2- Full kitchen. Decent setup. 3- Nice feel when you walk in. 4- The amenity spaces are great. 5- Gym is very functional and ample space. Hotels are the hospitality business. Here's what they get wrong: 1- Furniture is garbage, its like the cheapest stuff you can buy off of wayfair commercial. 2- The bed is pointless, you might as well sleep on the floor. In the hospitality business you can get a lot wrong but if you mess up the bed you failed in your job. 3- They cheaped out on lighting, there's minimal fixed lighting. So you have to find random switches and dials to turn the lights on. The bedroom lighting is anything but adequate. 4- Beautiful balcony but one cheap chair, it would have been nice to have furniture to enjoy the space. 5- Bathroom setup does not match the level they are trying to sell each night, looks like the stuff you buy at builder grade to rent cheap housing. Overall would I stay there again...maybe but would try to avoid. Placemakr hotel is worth it if location and price supercede everything else like comfort and sleeping. "
