「Nice hotel, excellent location. Desk gals were lovely. The HVAC system was the loudest I have ever heard, making sleep very difficult.」

「Great!」

「The children were satisfied with the breakfast service. They also enjoyed the ice cream served in the afternoon. They were pleased with the large beds as well.」

「Our experience was positive for the most part. The location was within walking distance to campus and downtown and staff were helpful. A few glitches came up-someone parked in my paid parking space and my request for an extra pillow needed to go to a team for a decision but was not solved. I handled both concerns.」
