"The Caravelle Saigon is a lovely Hotel. We asked for a late check out as our flight back to Sydney was late evening and although the hotel was fully booked out the staff gave us an option to stay in a different room with no extra charge to accommodate our request, which reflects good customer service. The hotel itself is modern and due to its location..right in the heart of Ho Chi Minh, was extremely busy throughout our stay there. The rooms are spacious, beautifully appointed, and provide stunning views of the city. Its located just steps away from the Opera House and within walking distance of many of the city’s highlights. The dining options were excellent, from the buffet to the rooftop bar with its breathtaking skyline views. Great Hotel and would definitely recommend *****"

"I took an upgrade offer to the newly renovated 'Salon' suites. It's similar to 'Club Room' level of service where you have a dedicated check in/out desk, but with a few more perks. Whilst I didn't need the extra perks, or the nicer room, it was cheap enough to go ahead anyway and I'm glad I did. The room was lovely, the service for anything needed felt 5*, and the process of checking in/out was so quick and easy. During our stay, Figo and Kaka (ex. global football stars) checked in for a night too. If it's good enough for them it's certainly good enough for me! "
