"Within the refurbished Capitol building, this is an iconic hotel that excels in hospitality. The staff are the high point and work hard to accommodate guest needs. The only minor issue is that if you’re in a low floor the views from the guest rooms can be limiting - but unavoidable in such a building. Would happily stay again."

"Clean, great amenities. Close to public transport options and Funan shopping centre. Super helpful and friendly staff, helped us with navigating the city. Used the gym and pool a couple of times, also clean and easy to access from the main lobby. Left our luggage with concierge after checkout so we could wander the city before our late flight. Perfect for our 3 night stay! "

"The M hotel itself is beautiful regarding decor and style and could be excellent if properly maintained. In the first room we had, the Aircon didn’t work so we had to move room. In the second room, the hand washing basin was cracked and water constantly leaked on the floor when using it. Also, the towel rail was faulty as it had not been installed properly. Everything else in the room was excellent. The hotel location is fairly OK and quite close to an MRT station on the East-West line and to a 711. "
