"Well kept property in the heart of Chico. Clean rooms - small but nice pool area. Breakfast was not great; we waited for refills on everything and the selection wasn’t there."

"This was a horrible property. Room had a horrible smell there was what appeared to be blood on the ceiling and on the dirty towels they gave us. There were bugs in the bathroom. Ac didn’t work properly we had to keep jiggling the cord to turn it on. The pool was another story it looked like a big bowl of pee soup. Just a horrible time. Don’t recommend"

"The hotel staff was so friendly and efficient. The whole property was very clean and enjoyable and the rooms were updated and spacious. It was also such a time saver to have breakfast included! Highly recommend!"
