"We really enjoyed our three night stay. The staff and the food were excellent. The location of the hotel is ideal for exploring the area or popping over the border in to Wales. "Lovely hotel tucked out of the way of Ludlow, but a pleasant short stroll away. Ample parking. Very nice breakfast and all of the staff were exceptional, they really did make our stay better. "Excellent location for visiting Ludlow. Near shops, pubs and the castle. Welcoming friendly staff. Good breakfast though would have appreciated some fresh fruit on offer. Had dinner one night in the restaurant- food and service good. Room clean, beds comfortable. Our room had a balcony which was good except at night as opening the sliding door was the only way to get any fresh air into the room therefore making it extremely hot. Didn’t feel we could leave the door ajar as there was a staircase next to us leading into the carpark therefore felt it was a security risk. Overall though a good stay, would recommend, but don’t choose a room with a balcony!"
