The hotel was cosy and seemed popular with locals, which is very reassuring! The staff were welcoming and helpful when we arrived and offered us to enjoy a buffet dinner that evening.
The room was wonderful, so cosy, comfortable beds, extremely clean. The bathroom was roomy and cleaned to an excellent standard.
The heating in the room doesn't shut off and it reached 25⁰ at one point, but rather than turn the heat off/down, we were advised to open the window. This worked fine (as you can imagine) but the traffic/delivery noises and the high winds in the night with an open window made for a less perfect sleep than could have been.
I would stay here again gladly, it was a lovely hotel with helpful staff and the breakfast was excellent.
