The driveway was interesting for sure but with 4 wheel drive it was not a problem at all. You should bring mosquito spray if you want to sit outside! Ryann was VERY quick to answer any questions. It was close to everything we wanted to see and do while we were in Strasburg and the surrounding area. If you stay at the Riverside Retreat, be sure to visit the many historical places around the area. Zoar and the Ohio Erie Canal sites are very interesting, along with Fort Laurens, the first continental outpost of the Ohio Frontier, during the American Revolution."

"The property is a wonderful place to stay. The view is amazing from the wrap around porch. This is the 3rd time we have stayed there. Not far from Berlin, Sugar Creek, Mt. Hope, Charm or Walnut Creek. My sister and adult daughter love to get away there for a girls retreat. Eli is a wonderful host. It is very clean and comfortable and has a hot tub! The goats are a bonus."

"Property was super clean. How was very nice. Construction at the hospital was a little bit noisy went on until about 8PM, but that is temporary. The grill igniter did not work and used foil to cover grill bc it was rusty. Overall the place was super nice hot tub was great not too far from some of the stores and downtown Berlin. Would definitely stay again!"
