Unique apartment. Since it was not originally an apartment it did not have closets or windows in the bedrooms. both bathrooms were at the front of the apartment with bedrooms at the other end. Beds were comfortable. Everything needed was provided and it was an easy walk to downtown with great shops and places to eat.

Clean and open spaces! If you are looking for a lot of space and within walking distance to great views and food look no further! Couldn’t ask for more out of a vacation spot!We walked to more places than we drove!

The bridge that’s just 6 walking minutes from the apartment!

Cozy and comfortable just like it was described on line.host could do a lil better cleaning before guests arrive, but overall I like the place and I would recommend it to everyone who plans to stay in the area, plus I’ll definitely utilize the location again

The accommodations were very good and very clean. I would like to note however when you walked up to front stairs the railings and steps needed a good painting and weeding around the area. first impressions mean a lot! however once we were inside we were very pleasantly pleased

This property is not in good shape, things are dirty, moldy, mildewy. There's not enough cups, plates for 6 people and things are broken all over. Spent 4-5 hours to get host to address broken table, chair, door handle, cabinet drawer. No top sheets, smelly bath towels, sticky refrigerator, dirty counters. Host is dishonest and lied about how we left the place too.

not great

First it can be a little hard to fine but it is attachment on the comic bookstore you actually enter it on the road behind. When we got there the kitchen counter had crumbs, the toaster oven needed cleaned the sink in the full bathroom hadn't been cleaned it had dried toothpaste in it. Although the fridge isn't dirty it doesn't look clean because it is older and stained. There weren't enough dishes even for 4 people. The water takes a little bit to get hot. We will not stay again.

Well located comfortable apartment

Overall nice place to stay near southern Maine and Portsmouth, NH. New listing, working on improving final touches to make it outstanding. Comfortable for a family and within walking distance of restaurants.

Everything was good except we couldn’t find it. It’s 16 Lincoln St. which should be rewritten for the address and the number 16 should be on the door or somewhere. It was perfect for what we needed. The refrigerator was dirty but other then that it was great!!!!

Comfortable basic accommodation

Needed a place on short notice due to a family death. This fit the bill. Convenient location. Good price. Fairly comfortable. Nice shower. A railroad flat design, so not a lot of natural light, but open and well lit. Good AC. New space. Parking right in front of the door.
