"Great stay at this hotel. Very welcoming and accommodating. Nicely equipped room and in a good area quiet enough but in walking distance to everything. Would recommend and stay again."

"The check in was a bit confusing. There were no staff at the pool or service at all at the pool. It was a trek to the bar and tiu had to carry your drinks on a tray down stairs and in the lift !! Mojito was not right, not enough sugar or lime. Pillows in the bedroom were too big and we couldn't get the tv to work. There seemed to be an absence of staff. Not great coffee at breakfast, it tasted like nescafe. "
