Newly remodeled condo close to everything. Walk to beach, grocery, the Dunes, downtown. New stainless steel kitchen with blender, all cooking needs, and condiments. Condo is on ground floor, w 2 bedrooms (queen beds) & sofa-queen memory foam sleeper, 1 full bath with xlarge washer/dryer. Out your back door is a private Courtyard with deck, BBQ & grassy area (pets ok) surrounded by lush landscape. CLEAN. Rent bikes, buy beach supplies or coffee just a 3 minute walk across the street. Iconic Root Beer Barrel steps away. Pet Fee $95 per pet. Large common grassy area for kids & pet waste station. Wood burning fire pit.

Weekend getaway

Rob is an excellent host, the condo is very clean and stocked with plenty of kitchen items. The location is excellent, walking distance to downtown Douglas, and interurban rides into saugatuck. This is my second stay at this location, and I hope to stay again.

Nice Visit

Quiet visit after Labor Day, clean, perfectly located condo, no need to get into car, brought my bike to explore everything. It was difficult to depart! Would love to spend the winter there.

Lovely condo

Wonderful condo with a lot of special touches - nightlight in bathroom, motion activated under cabinet lights kitchen, amazing washer/dryer, fenced courtyard for the fur baby. Great in town location location with ample parking.

Great location and clean

This condo was perfect for my husband and I and another couple to enjoy a weekend away in Douglas/Saugatuck area. The location of this condo was AWESOME and had everything we needed for the couple nights. It was very clean and we definitely will be back to this area!

Cozy Condo in Douglas

What a wonderful stay! The condo was exactly what our family needed. Perfect for our dog and a great location for our family to spend a weekend. Rob was a wonderful host! We’ll be back for sure.

Great place for a family

Great location, close to Douglas Beach and coffee shop and downtown. Easy access for my 85 year old mom. The pull out couch was actually comfortable! Very clean and well-maintained property with nice back deck, access to a large shared yard and fire pit. Very easy experience all around.

Douglas Condo

My friend and I stayed here for a 2 night girls trip. The condo was very clean and was everything we needed. The location was excellent! So close to Saugatuck and a short drive to Holland. Rob communicated with us as needed and even provided recommendations for restaurants and places to go. We loved the beaches so close by. Definitely would recommend this condo!
