"The hotel is in a handy location, is clean and modern, with comfortable rooms and beds. The breakfast was good with lots of selection. It is upsetting that this hotel makes it a practise to hang on to the mandatory damage deposit for over two weeks before they release it. Staff try to blame the credit card company or the bank, but it is strictly their own policy and doing, as other hotels and Holiday Inns do not act like this."

"We have stayed at mini our regular Sandman thought we would treat ourselves to a signature. Sandman, the blinds did not work. The cleanliness wasn’t up to normal standards, the front desk was impatient, we requested a room that was nice and quiet, and they immediately put us to the side of the hotel that’s right on the main highway. Wouldn’t regularly complain, but has stayed in a few sand vans lately and they’ve all been excellent. This was leaving a lot to be desired."
