「Loved the quietness. Very relaxing and close to the Ticonderoga ferry on Lake Champlain on the Vermont side. The owners are very nice. Serves a fabulous breakfast every morning. Has a bar on property as it is a pub and offers food only Thursday to Sunday for an extra cost for those staying at the Inn and some locals in the area. 「You get what you pay for! Clean bed , wifi, TV and air conditioning. If you are traveling and need an inexpensive place to put your head down and sleep, the price is fair. Don't expect anything else. It's a simple motel , open doors to outside, two chairs and picnic tables throughout. Just don't expect much.」

I really enjoyed the tour I received from the cart driver (I totaly forgot her name, but I do remember she met her husband there and has been volunteering there for many years) She has a passion for the place and after the tour I could see why. Grounds had everything you would need to make your overnight stay or week long stay memorable and relaxing.
