THE PROPERTY:

Welcome to Stargazer on Smith Lake, a curated remote oasis tucked within a gated community in Clear Creek Preserve. Stop to take pictures as you enter at the historic Fire Station and Post Office.


Entrance – Wide, flat parking area for 4-5 vehicles with security cameras and Wi-Fi enabled locks with unique combination for each guest for your protection and convenience. Lighted front entrance with only three steps to front door and main level living area with two bedrooms. Home treated quarterly for pests, spiders and insects.


Living Room – Spacious gathering area with vaulted ceilings, high-end luxury furniture and genuine leather seating, stunning natural stone double-sided gas fireplace, and wide views of the back deck and lake. Smart TV enabled for all apps (Netflix, Roku, Prime, etc.) and ready for personal sign-in.


Kitchen – Fully stocked, state-of-the-art designer chef’s kitchen with ample storage and all the latest amenities: gas stove and oven, microwave, pot filler, quartz countertops with fiber-optic underlighting, wine fridge. Large dining table to seat eight and bar seating for five. Dual Keurig, automated Delonghi Italian espresso machine, French press, hot water kettle. Coffee and espresso pods, filters, syrups and creamers provided. Total house water filtration system.



Upper Open-Air Viewing Deck – Expansive outdoor entertaining area with 180-degree lake views, vaulted wood ceilings and fans. Natural stone hearth with gas fireplace, Smart TV, propane grilling station with stone sidebar adjacent to kitchen. Conversation area with seating for 12, cushioned outdoor dining table with seating for eight. Viewing station with bar ledge and seating for nine facing the lake and Bankhead National Forest with unadulterated and pristine view (no development!) High powered telescope for stargazing.


Lower-Level Game Room – Amazing upscale activity area featuring foosball, ping pong + billiards table, video arcade classics machine, poker + bumper table combo, Connect 4 wall game, darts, Jenga, tons of board games. Toys for babies through elementary school ages. Smart TV with all apps available for personal sign-in. Full minibar with custom sink, illuminated Quartz counters, nugget ice machine, dishwasher, beverage center and wine fridge. Full bathroom access.


Lower-Level Home Theater – Escape the ordinary and enjoy the custom fiber optic "Night Sky" theater ceiling! Large comfortable sectional couch and projection screen, projector enabled with standard streaming apps available for personal sign-in. Classic theater popcorn machine.


Lower Viewing Deck – Fully screened with tall ceilings and modern lighting, double sliding doors opening into the game room and full lake views. Contemporary and cozy conversation area with sofa seating, cushioned hanging chairs, overhead fans and a twin-mattress suspended bed swing.


Fire Pit – Terraced deck midway to dock with Adirondack seating for eight and wood-burning Solo stove beckons for s’mores! (Firewood not provided but can be purchased locally.)


Hot Tub – Romantic and secluded hot tub under covered pagoda with perfect lake views. A bistro dining set for two and a tabletop fireplace make this the perfect spot to connect with each other and nature.


Boat Dock – Live large on the lake in year-round deep water and with all the toys and amenities you could ask for! Huge boat dock with second story sunbathing platform, tiki hut and bar complete with filtered water, beverage center, ice machine, electricity, Wi-Fi extender and outdoor speakers. Swim platform, Lily Pad floating island, water trampoline, water hammock, two paddleboards, two kayaks, football and frisbee, fishing gear, infant through adult lifejackets, floats and beach towels. Dedicated boat docking space and two available jet ski slips. Dock equipped with lifesaving ShockIQ device.


Laundry Room – Washer and dryer, laundry detergent, dryer sheets provided. Iron available upon request.


For the Little Ones – Pack-n-Play with fitted sheets, highchair, children's utensils and dishware, toys for babies and toddlers.


PLEASE NOTE:

» The property is in a secluded and private area of the lake, with
a 30-40 minute drive to grocery stores and other major public
amenities.

» The route to the home includes a 15 minute stretch of dirt
road.

» As we are located at the edge of a protected forest and
although rare, you may encounter wildlife, insects, spiders,
snakes and water animals. Please respect and appreciate that
this was their home first. :)
