Other things to note
Please remember that you're staying in at an apartment, not a hotel. Please treat the space with respect. If any problems arise, we will do our best to take action ASAP, but there is no one living on site 24/7.
Septic toilet:
○ Do not put grease or anything other than natural bowel movements down the toilet
○ Please use the toilet paper we provide as it is made for the system.
○ Subject to a $200 fine for repairs if failure to abide.
Quiet time:
○ We know you are on vacation, but please be considerate with noise past 11 PM.
○ No loud music.
○ Smoking is allowed on the patio but not inside the house
○ Events such as commercial events ( photoshoot, movie scene) . No parties allowed
Other:
○ Any towels/ blankets not returned by check-out will be subjected to a $25 fine per item.
○ You are liable for any excessive damages.
○ Please do not iron on the bed. Use the ironing table
○ No parties. Subject to a back charge of $1000 + any damages that may occur.
○ No pets. Subject to a back charge of $500 + any damages that may occur.
○ The number of guests listed on the reservation is the only allowed number of guests allowed on the property.
○ Air Conditioned left on when nobody is inside is subject to a $100 fee

○ If you open it, close it; if you borrow it, return it; if you turn it on, turn it off; if you break it, fix it; if you use it, take care of it; if you make a mess, clean it up; if you move it, put it back
○ Bookings within 24 hours of check-in will require a driver's license prior to check-in
