Very nice clean room. The staff was very helpful. We left our jackets and they sent them to our hotel in Tokyo before our flight home. Great air conditioning. I would definitely book this hotel again.

This apartment hotel was such a lucky find. I stayed here for 4 nights with 3 adults and 2 kids and the space was big enough for all of us (2 beds and two of the couches can be turned into two twin beds as well). It has a small little kitchen, which is great if you want to heat up food from 7 Eleven. It also comes with a washing machine, and I love that the toilet is separated from the bathroom.
Huge plus that it is 10 min walk to Kyoto station. Close by to a train station and other bus stops—not to mention the 7 Eleven that I went to every day that is just one block down the street. The staff were super friendly, very accommodating.
Overall, 10/10. I think this is a great place for a small family.
