"Early Check in was a challenge! I called ahead but it seemed to be confusion trying to get into the room. Front desk had to keep physically going to check and we if rooms were ready. Rooms were clean. Ice machine and room phones broken. No issues with Check out. Hotel in a great location"

Best Western Doswell Hotel
"Next to freight rail and very loud at early hours of the morning. Terrible! Was charged $25 for “early check in”. Condescending front desk employee at check in educating me on “normal hotel industry fees”. How dare she!"

"We just returned from a lovely Memorial Day weekend at this cozy, clean, lakefront rental. It was a relaxing experience even though the weather was gloomy most days. "House was very spacious and clean and good for large groups. Beds were comfortable.Negatives were location next to train tracks, parking alley was overgrown and unkept.
