"We loved this cottage! Justin is one of the best - always professional, quick to respond, helpful and caring. The house is great - new, clean, beautifully furnished, well stocked, and great space. The lake is awesome - clean, not busy, gorgeous islands, and ideal temperature. Great sun all day and evening on the dock, incredible sunsets from the house and upper deck. "We arrived at the cottage and there was a strange odour in the room. Then we noticed the furnishings were tattered and the cottage itself was poorly maintained. And though we paid we left after 10 minutes refusing to stay in this inferior cottage. We are now awaiting a refund."

"The cabin was nicely located for our golf at Deerhurst. We took advantage of the water toys on a beautiful evening. The one thing I would suggest is to add hooks on doors in order to hand up towels or clothing. "

"An absolute "Slice of Paradise" in a beautiful wooded lot!! A gorgeous 4 bedroom 2 1/2 bath immaculately clean, spacious home 10 minutes from Hidden Valley Ski Hill. It sleeps 12!! It has an extremely well equipped kitchen with everything you could ask for and an operational hot tub. The grandchildren loved the games room downstairs and the Karaoke machine!!! It was a wonderful family weekend . Would recommend the property to anyone."

"The property was very clean and well maintained. The staff was friendly and helpful. The room was huge given that we had booked an accessible suite. Breakfast had a good variety, and the 24 hr coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar was really appreciated. The fitness centre was well stocked and everything was in good repair. The pool was used extensively during our stay by our kids and was well kept. Outdoor areas were casual and relaxing to use when weather permitted as well. One of the best hotel experiences weve ever had. Highly recommend."
