Amazing location. Room design was lovely. Clean room, though housekeeping didn’t change out used glasses or towels. No staff at the front desk when we arrived. We waited almost ten minutes, then resorted to calling the hotel directly to ask for someone to check us in. Some issues with the bathroom. The shower wall that is shared with the living room is glass. Very awkward.There is music from the restaurant underneath, which went until late evening. Not under the control of the hotel, but a consideration if you go to bed early. Decent experience.

Very nice and clean room, but a bit on the small side. Really good location and close to everything within Old Quebec City....many great restaurant options, including the 2 onsite restaurants that have fantastic menus.
