  • The apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a nice family building, in Sardinia in Cala Gonone, in a quiet street just 50 meters from the sea.
The attic is very bright and fresh and enjoys a SPECTACULAR VIEW towards the Gulf of Orosei and is the ideal solution for families up to 4 people maximum or for couples of friends.
Reached the 3 floor you will find on your right the entrance door with the word INTERNAL 2. Once you enter, a small hallway will welcome you and on the right you will find 2 nice and comfortable bedrooms - one double and one with 2 single beds, which can be combined into a double bed- with wardrobe and a large window in each room where you can enjoy the fresh air and the magnificent sea and mountain view! :)
Continuing on the left, however, you will find the spacious master bathroom of the house with a bathtub, bidet, toilet, sink and mirror (also with a window).
Beyond the disengagement the apartment will open in an open space which leads to the large veranda which is the real star of the house!
The open space includes a living room area with sofa, TV and small library area and the kitchen area and table where you can prepare all the dishes of your liking. Even from here, you can enjoy during the preparation of a beautiful view, as the kitchen has a large window always with sea view.
Finally, as already mentioned above the VERANDA SEA VIEW furnished with table, chairs and umbrella, from where you can enjoy a breathtaking view along the gulf.
The apartment is located in a central and very quiet area of the village, from where you can easily access a few steps on foot to the sea, beaches and all the amenities such as: playground, supermarkets, bars, restaurants, etc.

This was a great rental for the price. The owner was incredibly kind and communicative!Important to note there is no WiFi (my fault for not checking) and it has a bit of a smell… That being said we got used to it and had an incredible time in Cala ganone.Would recommend for people looking for a great spot on a budget and spending most of their time out exploring.

Abbiamo fatto fatica a dormire.

Liebe Grüße an Federica.

Vacanza a Cala Gonone

Encore de belles vacances en Sardaigne, cette fois dans l’agréable appartement de Veronica et Cipriano! Tout est conforme à l’annonce, nous recommandons vivement cette location. Nous avons été très bien accueillis par Federica. L’appartement était très propre, la literie confortable, calme à cette période (octobre). Merci pour tout (-;

The landlord (Federica) was very welcoming and informative. She did explain the area and gave tip what to see and where to go. The apartment was nice, but in need of some upgrading. We had a very good stay!
