"Fantastic vacation! From the moment I arrived the entire staff was extremely welcoming and friendly. Misha and Calvin were wonderful to me the entire time I was there. Celine was top notch! She was professional, welcoming and friendly and could be seen at various times in different locations about the property. My housekeeper was Kayliana (not sure of spelling) and made sure I had everything I needed daily. The property was beautiful and well maintained. Plenty of chairs, cabanas and shade between the two property pools. The view was par-none and definitely one of the most beautiful beaches of the Caribbean. I was all inclusive and found enough dining options to satisfy my needs. The breakfast buffet was good and many choices. Coffee was okay but I preferred making my own in my room. Finding a meal is hard if you have off hours since the restaurants are only open at certain times. My room was in the perfect location. It was quiet and I was never disturbed which is exactly what I was looking for. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was super comfy with wonderful pillows. Nice TV with plenty of channel selections. A/C worked well. Bathroom was satisfactory and comes with a basic hair dryer; not one of those wall things that is there to simply say they have! Plenty of towels except I had no wash clothes. The front desk quickly accommodated as well as housekeeping when I asked for. And that view from the 2nd story balcony is incredible. The spa is a must visit!! "

"This is a great location. Check in and out was a Breeze. Andre was wonderful to communicate with and was very helpful. One person stayed in the bedroom and the other smaller lighter person stayed on the pullout couch. She said it was comfortable and did not experience a sore back or any pain. I found the bed to be comfortable. The kitchen was well equipped with everything you need. We were told there was snorkel equating the laundry room which was great to know but we brought our own. I brought extra silicone ice cube trays that came in handy but there were 3 small ice trays there. I use a lot so I was happy to have them. We used a personal shopper on arrival so told the property manager we didn’t need him for the orientation as I was there before. The whole condo was vey clean. I would recommend slippers as the air can be dusty at times with sand blowing over from the Sahara and bottoms of feet can get dirty. It was nice to have some essentials there for you such as toilet paper paper towels soap etc. I would stay here again. We absolutely loved it and enjoyed the morning and afternoon boat activity. Great views."
