This 3-room apartment spans an area of 100 square meters on the 1st floor. It is spacious and underwent a renovation in 2018, featuring practical furnishings.
The living/sleeping room is equipped with a double sofabed and an open-hearth fireplace (solely for decorative purposes), as well as satellite TV. There is an exit leading to the balcony from this room.
Additionally, the apartment has one room with a double bed (160 cm) and another room with two beds.

The kitchen is well-appointed, offering an oven, dishwasher, 4 gas rings, toaster, kettle, freezer, and electric coffee machine. It also includes a dining table and an exit to the balcony.
The apartment has a shower, bidet, and WC (toilet). Gas heating is available, but only from October 15 to April 15 each year.
